I grew up in a family of artists, and from a young age, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the design industry. Over 10 years ago, I dove headfirst into the world of freelancing and entrepreneurship, founding Sophie Marie Creative with the goal of helping other small business owners achieve their dreams. I’ve changed course a bit to allow room for growth, so we are now Sophistica Agency!

I explored different forms of art throughout my life, from sketching and drawing to photography, before discovering my love for graphic design.
It all started when I stumbled upon some captivating designs and felt inspired to recreate them in my own unique style. I began playing around with Adobe Photoshop and found myself completely hooked. From there, I devoured all the knowledge I could find about design and relentlessly pursued any opportunity to work on graphic design projects.
My design philosophy is all about pushing the boundaries and creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. I believe that good design has the power to inspire and transform, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals through innovative and meaningful designs.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, helping them bring their visions to life. I'm especially proud of my work redesigning the websites of my last two full-time jobs (which were not graphic design positions) from scratch, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that directly affected the growth of these start-ups.
But my creativity doesn't stop at graphic design. I'm always exploring different artistic mediums and enjoy experimenting with clay, resin, jewelry-making, and other creative projects. When I'm not designing for clients, you can find me creating fake album covers, designing stickers to sell on Etsy, or even building entire websites for imaginary companies just for fun.
